Driver Pathway
TJ Speed is committed to developing drivers through the highest levels of the American open-wheel racing ladder. The pathway begins with USF Juniors, progresses to USF2000, and continues with USF Pro 2000 with TJ Speed. From there, drivers can advance to INDY NXT with HMD Motorsports before taking the final step toward the NTT INDYCAR SERIES. Each stage builds the experience, racecraft and professional skills needed to compete at the next level.
Scholarship & Prize Structure
The USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire provide a scholarship-funded pathway through USF Juniors, USF2000 and USF Pro 2000, with more than $1.48 million in scholarships, prize money and awards available in 2026. Each championship provides a career advancement scholarship to help its champion move to the next level: the USF Juniors champion receives a scholarship valued at approximately $250,000 toward USF2000, the USF2000 champion receives approximately $405,000 toward USF Pro 2000, and the USF Pro 2000 champion receives approximately $594,000 toward INDY NXT. Additional awards are presented throughout the season, including race-by-race pole awards and season-ending honors for drivers, teams, engineers and mechanics.
